Costs

Non CrossFitters.
If you are unfamiliar with what a Sumo Dead Lift high pull or a Kettlebell swing is then it is essential to start with one of our CrossFit Essential Sessions with a CrossFit certified trainer until they feel you have the necessary skills to join the Workout of the Day (WOD).
1 CFE at $30 per session.
CrossFItters
If you are familiar with the core activities used in our CrossFit WOD's then you can jump straight in.
1 WOD at $20 per session casually
or join our box with a
2 WOD's at $30 per week membership or
Unlimited WOD's at $50 per week plus use of our Open Box Time.
CrossFitters aiming for Benchmark and Hero Workouts

If you would like to learn the skills necessary to complete some of our benchmark and hero workouts that include Rope Climbs and Muscle Ups then Personal Training (PT) with a Certified Level 1 CrossFit Trainer is a for you.
1 PT at $75 per session.
What are the payment options?
For CrossFit casuals, CrossFit Personal Training Groups and CrossFit Personal Training we accept payment via cash.
For CrossFit Members attending 2 sessions per week or for unlimited "CrossFitters" we accept payment via direct debit on a fortnightly basis.
Notes:
Fees are subject to change
All prices exclude GST
Direct Debits can be cancelled after the next fortnightly debit.
Direct Debits can be placed on hold if you are away for an extended period of more then 2 weeks.

Hi Troy,
Our 1 WOD per week at $20 is like our casual rate. I will mention that on the blog. You can just come in to the WOD's that you can make and it will be $20 a session for the most exciting fitness training to reach the Western Suburbs. If you want to have a chat give me a buzz on 0409900654.

Hi Glen N Jody, Will try to pop in tomorrow however, if i dont make it Another suggestion for one of your WOD`s sometime maybe. I did as requested 30 KG (40KG) 24 mins :- 500m run 21 @ SDHP. Burpee. Push press. Box jump. 500m run 15@ same as 21. 500m run 9@ same as 21, 15. 500m run to finish. Again dont know what I was thinking when I came up with this beauty, but let me tell you Liz A was not happy Jan when i told her what we were in for HA HA . Adios Lyn, Good luck for tomorrow
