Run 4 X 400m (rest 1min 30sec between intervals)
Rituals?
Some people put a certain shoe on first. Fighters have been known to wear particular underpants, some footballers wont step on the lines of the football field whilst running out...
Do you have any rituals/superstitions when competing or performing a WOD??

I always chalk my left hand first, & positive reinforcement is big with me. For as long as I can remember, before a contest & these days before a WOD I always say to myself under my breath "I can do this"

On a different note;
Im sure everyone who competed yesterday is feeling like a train has run over them. Make sure you walk & stretch today. If you usually come in on a Monday, still stick to this. I will have a recovery session for you to do.. So dont feel you have to smash out tomorrows WOD. I want to hear all the war stories anyway ;-)

Ran 5 sets of 400M through the hilly mean streets of Colyton with 90 second rest intervals. Angle of terrain varied and the third set was all uphill.
Splits:
1.24 MHR 83%-66%
1.18 MHR 90%-70%
1.33 MHR 93%-70%
1.19 MHR 93%-72%
1.20 MHR 93%

Can't wait to hear about everyones tournament experience in Newcastle :)

Pretty much the same as Jody, except I must have gum, can't do a WOD without some chewy.
