  6. HSPU - 2 abmats and 5kg plate (improved on last time, 3 10kg plates and an abmat.)

    Kipping pull ups - 3. Seem to have no problem getting 1 out, but its continuing the kip that i have to work on.

    WOD: 6+8 - Red band C2B

    Hover: 37 sec - pretty poor effort :(

  11. skills - worked on mu, feeling more and more comfortable with it.. Attempted a hspu in the rings with the assistance of shane.. managed to get down couldn't get up though.

    wod - 7+9 rxd. Struggled with the pull ups today.
    hover - 1:32.
