    Happy with the PB, not so happy with my WOD time, asthma kicked in HARD!! after the first round:(

  10. Did dead lifts again at StMarys tonight as I was
    Not happy with this mornings effort
    Deads 175kg
    Felt good tonight valences that I would get 180kg
    But ran out of time
    Much happier with this
