    1st round of snatch squats @ 30, had to drop weight down to 27.5 for last 2 rounds

  8. Back squats: 63 x 5, 72 x 3, 80 x 4

    WOD: 7:40 40kg cleans and did twice the reps for double unders instead of ring dips due to elbow issue. Got all 18 DU out in last round yippee

    Did 20 x front squats as max reps instead of thrusters. Top work Lynne & Johnny!

  10. Just finished Roccos 8.5/10 rated linguine bolagnaise. If you haven't been to Pizza Rocco in St Clair and tried his pizza's and pastas yet grab a brochure from CFP and head on down. Zone friendly food.

    Squats. 100, 115, 130(F) If Burgener's quote is when the arm bends the power ends then you can quote me "when your ass gets smaller, your 1RM back squat with faller"

    Been throwing the double unders in between working sets of back squats with a max rep, 1 attempt policy. You never really get double unders in a WOD fresh, Annie an exception.
