    Shocking Double Unders with 6 in a row best ever for me haha

    Completed in 9.42

    6 in a row with first time ever actually getting toes to bar!

    Jody mentioned prior to the WOD to just the do double unders and not think, so today's sign off is a David starsky effort

    Squats: 100kgs, 110kgs, 115kgs(10).

    WOD: 6 mins even Rx'd - 75kgs (power cleans)

    T2B: 17 and 12. Grip strength is a let down.

    WOD: Up-scaled to a 32kg (no 28's) and 70kg power clean - 4:22

    T2B - 16 & 22 (didn't want to tear for eva 2 days out!! lol)

  9. Back squats 30 (5), 32.5 (5), 36 (17)
    Suspected my 1RM should probably be a bit higher so tested it out managed 45kg but failed at 50kg perhaps should have tried 47.5kg.

    Perhaps my 1RM power clean needs to go up as well.
    75% was 30kg - Didn't find it very hard going

  10. went to st marys for first time, really liked it there, i'll definately go back

    ran down to park and did 3 sets tabata sprints then ran back while waiting for box to open

    squats 80x5,90x5,100x8
    ring dips in between sets 10,10,10

    wod 5.3? 75kg power clean, 24kg kb because st marys doesn't have heavier

    30 pistol squats
