    did max reps Knees to elbows instead of dips...dismal. Trying to get the kip with them, needs more work

    Handstand holds in between.

    WOD-6.43 R'xd. First time for 21, 15, 9 thrusters unbroken. First box jump after thrusters i landed flat on my face. The mind was willing but the legs jumped about 12 inches not 24. Had to do 2 step ups before each set of box jumps.
