Push Press: 70kgs, 80kgs, 80kgsPush Jerk: 90kgs, 95kgs, 100kgs(F). WOD: 4+21 Rx'd (ring push ups cost me time again. Form, depth etc getting better). Bar rolls completed.
Push Press - 50 x 5, 55 x 3, 65x 3. ( i know im supposed to do the same weights both sets of 3 but i was getting low on time)Jerk - 70 x 3, 75 x1 80 x 1. Very, very pleased with my jerks tonight.
