    a bit dissapointed with effort today. but on a positive double unders much improved with 3 rds 21 unbroken

    My next challenge will start January 1st 2011 and I am doing Double unders........ write your names on the board if you're in with me

    Push Jerk: 90kgs, 95kgs, 100kgs(F).

    WOD: 4+21 Rx'd (ring push ups cost me time again. Form, depth etc getting better).

    Bar rolls completed.

  5. Push Press - 50 x 5, 55 x 3, 65x 3. ( i know im supposed to do the same weights both sets of 3 but i was getting low on time)
    Jerk - 70 x 3, 75 x1 80 x 1.

    Very, very pleased with my jerks tonight. Thanks to Glenn and V for the knowledge you shared last Friday, it really helped me tonight... especially when it came to bringing my feet back together. :)
