    40,42.5 just tried to concentrate on using my thoracic to lift the weight rather than my lumbar didnt work -_- lol

    Pistol squats (scaled: holding on to ring)

    Then did sprint training at Jamo with Lynne & Courts - thanks guys I really enjoyed it!

  11. HSPU work in between sets. Down to a shirt on the ground. About 2 pieces of thread between me and the ground. Don't want to go off to early but i will be letting the world know when i get my first strict HSPU. Been 18 months in the making
