    WOD: 6.12 Rx'd (aiming for sub 5)

    TGU: 30kgs (about 40cm from completing 35kgs, but I lost the bar).

    Wod: 6:31 40kg and subbed ring pulls for push ups due to injury

    Turkish get up: 16kb 1rm on left arm only

    WOD: 5.20.

    Dropped bar before last 2 reps of Split Jerk at 4.50. Just couldn't hold it any longer.

    Skipped the TGU to rest shoulder niggle and did a max rep T2B kipping. 14 reps

    Wod- 7:32 .. died in the ass, split jerk needs some work on technique when fatigued!

    Then did tabata row - lowest was 90m

    Wrists were really killing me - had to keep stopping to bend them back the other way!

    Glenn & Jody: there was a pretty big turnout to do the WOD before the scheduled 7pm class - would you consider adding an extra class at 5:30pm???
