    Great WODS - but I let myself down and disappointed with my efforts today.

    My main focus was on my 2 weakest which
    Are KTE , Sit ups so I pushed these 2
    Kipping KTE still not happening

  3. wod 1 : 4 + 4 rxd pleased as my 1rm power snatch is 38kg

    wod 2 : 4 +1 at the 4min mark then had to stop so technically DNF Glute giving me hell in deadlift and burpee

    wod 3 : 9 + 14

    was happy with wod 3
    wods 1+2 got the better of me.
    did not read kte and did t2b.
    for some stupid reason.

    A good day all round. Would have liked to have equalled Mitch's Wod 3, but that's something to work on.
