  5. Did the muscle ups this morning 2 in a row each time.
    Then went to go get a bar and from there it all went down hill! Grabbed a bar and some how the 4 above it fell ontop of me haha well mostly my arms. So wasn't able to do the WOD got an X-ray no brake yiieeoowww just soft tissue damage.
    It's time to start a riot!!!! Yiiieeeooww lol

    Thanks for Pt HC :) the plyometrics felt good!

  6. caught up on strength from yesterday then did Muscleups into ring dips, managed two muscleups in a row today for the first time, Thanks Courtney for the coaching :) and then yeah our day went a bit off course...
    did the WOD RXD but on last minute just kept counting reps I couldnt think straight and ended up with a score of 17 full rounds and 32 reps just kept squatting til HC said TIME....
    so technically 18 rounds + 2 (Der)

    Then had shower for time to get Courtney to Xray :)
