  7. PT with HC this arvo. Worked on muscle up for 15mins - still nowhere near doing one :( Then did split snatch - 36kg PB. Really happy with this. I like this lift.

    Then did the 6pm session.

    OHS 1 RM is 45kg
    5 @ 30kg
    3 @ 35kg
    5 @ 38kg
    Didn't use racks. It's possible my 1RM may now be slightly higher???

    WOD: 13:33 (30kg)
    Practiced split snatch. Did kipping HSPU. Very happy with my HSPU which were much improved over the last time we had them in a WOD.

    Hurt my back last Saturday during team training, so glad to be back at CFP after a few days resting it..
