    Wod scaled up: 1st two sets with 24kg last 3 with 20kg 7:12

    62.5,67.5,70(4) did 5 but press out on 4th rep. very happy with this as 70 is old 1rm

  7. Did some wall climbs with CFS crew then,

    warmed up with full snatch to 30kg
    Power Snatch 60,60,60 hook grip felt strong

    WOD-4.25 R'xd.
    Kipping T2B first 2 sets to 10

    Finished with as many sets tabata pushups holding 9. Managed 3.

    Weight 90.2kg.
