    (Thx Courts - I wasn't going to attempt more than 40k until you came over!)

    WOD: 2 rounds + 7 (HSPU were very hard after thrusters!)

    Max pullups: 4, 4, 4

    Then did sprint training with Lynne - thx Lynne, it was great!

    So good to be back training at CFP - haven't trained since Chrismas Eva. My goals for 2011 include: getting a muscle up and becoming sugar free - not sure which will be the most difficult!!!
