Rest Day

For those coming in to CFP

7am - Catch a missed session from the week.

Team Training - Meet at the Box between 9.45 - 10am weather permitting we may go to the river.

  4. Did Thursdays WOD

    Strength 3 sets at 40kg

    WOD in 12 minutes even with 20kg bell... T2B are solid until I hit about 4 or 5 depending in the round, really disappointed with the inconsistency and fatigue with this movement... Will work at it during the week when possible
