Perform 1/2 Gasser On the minute every minute for 10 minutes

    Rd 1: 2+3
    Rds 2-6: 2 rounds even
    Focus was hook grip and travel path of bar

    WOD 2: 16 & 17 secs each round

    Then

    10 intervals on rower. (It's game on Dan M).

    Wod 2 subbed row for gassers (did sprints earlier)

  3. was going to have a rest day but brendans effort on rower forced me to have a go. maybe i should have stayed home.

    rower 300 intervals x 8, peeled myself off the floor a few minutes later and did 2 more. then a few minutes later filthy with myself did 2 more as punishment.

    wod2 13-15sec each 1/2 gasser

    abmat situps 20 on the min for 5min

    Unbroken reps, 2) Hook grip and power snatches
    All unbroken
    Wod 2 rnds 1-10 all 15sec

  5. Did this WOD on Sat Morn
    WOD 1 2+5,2+2,2,2,2 using rusty @48kg.
    WOD 2 16-18, with a 15 on the last, was good doing this in the rain this morn.

    Turned up a little late so missed the first 2 rounds, joined in for rounds 4-6

    WOD 2
    All completed under 17 secs. No more barefoot running for a while, tore some skin off my toes!
