  4. Wod: 10:10 rxd all thrusters unbroken and happy to get out 10 pull ups straight! Broke most down into 5 & 5 and a few 4, 4 & 2.

    Thanks for the extra push HC on the runs...needed that :)

  6. WOD: 10:30 RXD, all thrusters unbroken and all but the last round of PullUps [5,5]. Got my hook grip on the pullups happening, now got a new set of blisters in a different spot.
    Skills: Practiced Double Unders, still hate them.

    Finshed with mini circuit of 12 double unders 1 muscle up into 5 ring dips into 10 toes thru rings x 3 times

  8. The clock STOPPED!!!! hahaha

    Not positive on time... all i know is that

    A) All rounds unbroken
    B) I finished before Lynne and Jody who were not very far behind me
    C) I can't do maths when maximally fatigued or at the best of times!


    Loved that Glenn has introduced the WORK:REST intervals as I feel it's a GREAT step in the right direction for performance and healthy athletes!

    Good programming and awesome work by the huge 9:30am class today.

    Good to actually not feel like poo for the first time in 8 days. I guess the Pandadole Rapid, one hour before class helped too haha

    i did 7 rounds unbroken then on the 8th round last rep of the thruster i thrusted it into my chin! dammit lol
    was aiming for unbroken.

    100% agree with shane the work rest intervals are awesome.
    really good work everyone!
