WOD: 19.46 Rx'd Bit disappointed with my efforts this morning. My shoulders gave up after the KB swings. Aiming up for a sub 15 minutes next time round.
wod 15.32rxdfelt like i was stuck in 2nd gear today. i was breaking more than i had planned20 muscle ups 10.52 last one took almost 2 mins. i just kept failingon a positive, was able to complete a strict muscle up at the end of session

WOD: 24:52 as RXD. Aimed for a Sub 25 and just scraped in, the 24kg single arm snatches got me[and the pushups]. But pretty happy with the DU
