  1. WOD: The Chief

    Rd 1: 4+3
    Rd 2: 4
    Rd 3: 4
    Rd 4: 4
    Rd 5: 4+3

Then, 500m row at average pace, (1.38.5) immediately followed by 20 DU's and 20 wall balls. Getting use to training with legs that feel like concrete blocks.

(70 Power Cleans, 137 Push Ups, 198 Squats)

Just couldn't hold unbroken pushups after the first 2 rounds. Aiming for minimum 5 rounds next time.

Practiced squat snatch at 30kg and double muscle ups. Caught a third but that's the story of the one that got away.

    Good work today team

  11. Have been concentrating on physio exercises for injured hip, shoulder & elbow. Have just introduced pushing movements again (yay!) with limited range of movement.

Did a variation of this WOD:
5 rounds of 3 sets (not timed)
    3 power cleans 35kg
    6 push ups (limited ROM)
9 squats with wall ball in front (limited ROM)
    12 sit ups

Then did all my physio exercises... Still moving, so it's all good!!!

Did some clapping pullups with Dan (chin not over bar though).
