  1. Both WOD's Rx'd @ 70% intensity

    WOD 1: 5.51 (17 secs faster). Focused on transitions and unbroken reps. Rounds 1-3 unbroken. Dropped off bar once in 4th round and three times in 5th.

    WOD 2: 6 rounds. First two rounds unbroken. Then a metamorphasis occurred, and I kept tripping over the speed rope. Was aiming for at least 8 rounds.

  2. With game day tomorrow caught up on some things i need to work on, Ring Dip Endurance & Double Unders after Rowing
    WOD 1
    5 Rounds in 12mins
    10 Ring Dips (First set unbroken)
    10 T2B (All unbroken)

    WOD 2
    1min Intervals on Rower with 15 Double Unders in the 30 sec rest period.

    WOD 2: 5+13 75% sit ups instead of Double unders. got a really sore foot and toe. concentrated on transitions with the KB

    Still quicker than last time by 13sec

    Wod 2 : 8+12 Rxd 80% work rate
    Happy with this Wod today first 6 rnds unbroken
    Still had some gas in the tank so I think 10 rnds
    Is possible

    Deadlifts Rxd
    Disappointed though that not one toe managed to hit the bar. Time is an improvement though on previous effort

  8. WOD 1: 5:34 rxd (unbroken except for rnds 4 & 5 when T2B were 6&4). Really pleased with this one!

    WOD 2: 7 + 14 (did cleans instead of snatches, and not full ROM for KB swings, due to inmury)
