    WOD 1: - Snatch @ 33kgs and Dips

    Rd 1: 2
    Rd 2: 1+5
    Rd 3: 1+5
    Rd 4: 1+4
    Rd 5: 1+5
    Rd 6: 1+4
    (Aimed for unbroken dips throughout. But most were either 4 and 1 or 3 and 2).

    WOD 2: Rower - 5 intervals with 15 du during rest.

    Rd 1: 309 metres - DU's terrible cost me time
    Rd 2: 148 metres - DU's unbroken
    Rd 3: 260 metres - DU's unbroken
    Rd 4: 270 metres - DU's unbroken
    Rd 5: 250 metres - DU's unbroken

  3. Skipped the scheduled training today as i was still pretty busted from thursday game day. Worked on some weaknesses.
