I skipped the strength this morning as I havent found a crossfit buddy yet to spot me and given my luck with crossfit accidents and stitches I didnt want to be sent home early after being found pinned under a bar! Swapped it for some cardio.WOD 7.38 (30kg, yellow band using one strap including a 20m run from the bar over to the rings!!) Sare x

At last the physio has given me the all clear to go overhead again! But I have to go easy. Keeping my fingers crossed that all the overhead stuff will be in the last couple of weeks of the comp...Yesterday I did snatch, thrusters & OHS using 23kg - felt alright.Kept the thrusters light again today.WOD: 9:15 using 25kgFirst time on ring dips for a long while and they felt good.Then did my physio WOD.Tried some full ROM pushups today as well - felt very weak on these.
strange day for me today. went from the penthouse to the craphouse, then back to the penthouse.3x400m sprints with 1.30min rest1.01pb,1.19,1.17(first 400 was the penthouse)thrusters80kg x 3,60kg x 10wod 6.33rxd really thought id smash this wod but was battling the thrusters and lacked energy(this was the craphouse)finished with 'annie' 5.48pball unbroken and felt good all the way(back to the penthouse)
