In 15min accumulate 50 KTE (Mix it up with bar & rings) + 50 Sit ups

Back Squat 60/40
Med Ball Burpee

  1. Situps no worries. Once I stopped swinging on the rings with the KTE's these were also OK.

    WOD: 9.45 Rx'd.

    Looking forward to giving the first games WOD one more crack.

    Did 500m row with Courts then 400m run... Run time long way off pb, legs didn't like it :)
