  1. My strength work today was a push press and I did 40kgs pb woooo hoooo. I failed my first attempt BUT thanks to Jody's wonderful coaching, I GOT IT..... SO on this note I would like to say thank you to all three coaches at CFP for their ongoing support and commitment to each and every person... My goal used to be just to survive the wod but now it is to become a numbered athlete. Thanks for giving me the confidence to aim for that xoxoxoxox
