    WOD 1: 6:05 (KTE on rings)
    WOD 2: 4:15

    WOD 1 couldn't do unbroken - forearms killing me! Set rings too high.
    WOD 2 jelly legs!
    Moving slowly this morning.

    Then did my physio WOD.
