  1. Mountain Climbers still need work.

    I tried a new tatic today re: Ring Dips, Jury still out whether it is better or worse than what I am use to.

    WOD: 17 mins something. Obviously, wasn't aiming for any records today.

    Strict Pull Ups Complete with under hand grip.

    was going to mu into dips but realised pretty quickly that was biting off more than i could chew

    5rounds of 5 back squats(100kg)/15 box jumps(28")/2min rest

  3. first time for mtn climbers was hard and did them singley but got through them.
    did ring dips with yellow band and used 16kg kettle bell
    done strict pull ups under hand grip
    WOD time: 13:04

  4. hspu practice to warm up with

    WOD: 8:26 rxd

    max WB in 1min 6kg ball
    1st attempt: 35 unbroken
    2min rest
    2nd attempt: 36 unbroken
    tried to go faster but its just the split second of waiting for the ball to travel back down which is hard to get it faster.
    OHS practice 20 & 30kg bar

    2nd attempt of rowing/runnning wod but did it in reverse this week.
    run 1.4
    row 500m
    run 1.4
    row 500m
    18:03 (last time was 19:55 with the row to start)
    its a lot harder with the run first.

    WOD 20mins exactly. I was slow slow slow today! KB's were all unbroken, but everything else was one at a time!

  6. Wod: 13:04 using yellow band for dips
    strict pull ups underhand grip with jump

    Then because Courts inspired me i did 250m row in 1 min then 400m run x 2 sets...meant to time myself...next time
