  4. Started with my physio WOD.

    CFP WOD: 11 + 8
    Did KB snatch on LHS, KB clean on RHS (injured side)
    Did box jumps instead of burpees to practice new bj technique
    All T2B completed unbroken (my callouses really hurt!)

    Strength: Snatch @50kg 3 sets
    OHS @45kg 13 reps.
    WOD 7+15, T2B got me my hands are killen, so many RIPS, gotta change my technique

  6. Power Snatch @ 60kg. Really focused on landing with my feet and body in a full snatch position. The weight felt so much easier.

    OHS-24 Reps @ 45kg

    Did a few muscle ups instead of WOD
