    Pullups progressing well. It was a good thing Jody was there to make sure I did some unassisted, and I managed a PB :)

  5. practiced technique of squat clean only with 16.5 kg. oooh those inner thighs.

    *onto blue + yellow for pullups
    *onto 12kg KB
    *ran 1/2, walked 1/2 but did all distance.
