  3. Did this one at home today, as a 7am lab rat.
    Deadlift (previous PB 101kg)
    3 x 90, 3x 103, 4 x 113kg... feeling good today so tried for a new 1RM. 3 new PB's in a row.
    awesome start to the day. 1 x 123, 1 x 125.5, 1x128.
    WOD RxD (with scaled OHS 33kg) 4 rounds + 5 reps. see you tomorrow.

    DL: 3x80k, 3x85k, 4x90k (due to poor hook grip positioning)

    WOD: 4 rounds +7 (35kg OHS, pullups weren't full ROM)
    Run: 1:48 (ran in lifting shoes which didn't feel very good but was worth trying)
