    WOD @ 50kg 7:34 all reps unbroken.

  3. Strenght: Squat cleans... practised the rack position( as distinct from sleeping) with the rest of the Lab Rats. Must be a flexability thing first thing in the morning. Focused on form and kept the weights managable. 45, 50 55kg
    WOD rxd unbroken (except 12 rep hand cleans 8+4)
    42kg 10:50 slowed down the time to practice rack form as skills within the WOD.. Good idea coach.

  4. Strength : worked towards 1rm today, did 45kg need to practice getting the elbows up thanks for your help Jody.

    WOD: 20 mins, was slower trying to get elbows up plus the bar facing burpees sucked ass!! Power clean @ 30kgs. Felt great after :)

    Melissa u did it in less than 20.10 mins U finished before me silly.
