1) 3 attempts to establish a 1RM Snatch – rest as needed.
Notes: Take as long as you’d like to warm up for these lifts, but limit yourself to ONLY 3 legit attempts.

    So glad to be doing a 1 RM, but didn't do too well.
    25, 30(F), 27 (F)
    Got the weights up but did a power snatch for the 30, and didn't keep momentum going for the 27 to be considered a pass. Felt stronger though. Sigh.
