    I didn't have a 1rm written down in my whiteboard box, so I worked to a reasonably heavy single: 35kg

    KTE on rings
    First wod I have ever done more than about 3 KTE - can't believe I did them ALL! Maybe a bit too "Kippy", but I'll take it!

    Tried to do strict pull ups as singles. Did one quarter of the way, and two half way.....
