  6. Skills: Handstand walks, got about 2 mtrs. Also practiced false grip Pullups on the rings, to strengthen my false grip.
    WOD didn't catch the time, only the CFP 100m(81)
    12,11,11,12,11. Pretty happy with this ol'farts effort on the sprints.
