    1RM new PB 50kg!!!! I am really happy with that, it was a true, teeth gritting, slightly ugly 1rm. Such a great feeling when you know you did your best.

    Scaled thrusters@20kg...killer after all those squats
    And orange band CTB
    And DU attempts/single skips

    Midline TTB pretty sucky. Concentrated on controlling the motion.

    Cleans @ 80kgs about 5 sets
    Jerk: Up to 111kgs.

    WOD: 2 rounds

    Then backed up again for more split jerk practice then completed the OHS and strict T2B.
