  3. Came in during lab rats but my snatch wasn't happening. Completed WOD, but returned with the 6pmers for the snatch part 2.

    Snatch: 80kgs

    WOD: 9.47 Rx'd - predicted round 7 mins.

    Looking forward to tomorrows blog picture.

  4. Snatch, worked up to 70kgs. Stayed at this weight as some lifts were good, some a little ugly.
    2OTM@ 55kgs
    WOD predicted 10mins came in at 9.20. With I nice graze on my throat from the cleans.
