Notes: Concentrate on footwork and driving the hips under the bar into a support position. DO NOT go heavy.

    KB complexes were fun, liked the TGU transition between KB Snatch.
    Practiced L-Sit on KBs also had a go at a pushup on inverted KBs (handle in the ground)
