    5+15 all TTB Rx, so happy with that!

  2. My theory of "If you can dance you can double under" has been put to the test with you Keiren but yes today you had some rhythm.

    A bit late out to CFP tonight so missed the strength.

    WOD 16.41. All thrusters an T2B unbroken. But ring dips you still suck the big one. Reps as 7, 5+2, 4+3 then 1s and a lot of missed 1s FM I was frustrated.
