Perform on the starting reps of 10-2
Sqt CLEAN into THRUSTER 45/35

Then on the increasing reps of 4-10

    I pb'd my split jerk and was happy at 57.5kg... im so unco with these lifts to much timing and technique!!! lol so i was happy my last was 52.5 on the split
