    35lb DB thrusters
    2 muscleups most rounds except two did strict pullups after the max muscleup to make the reps up
    increasing box jump height up to 26" + tile

    Part B.
    Complex @
    31,36,41,46,51,52,53,54,56, 57 kg PC+ HPC +SQT CLN Failed Jerk

    then did 57kg squat clean + jerk
