A) 66,70,74 kg.. got out 20 @74kg so was pretty happy!!B) 6:05 rxd.. was so bad at my double unders this morning feeling frustrated as I couldnt get out more then about 10 in a row.. but then I got out 50 unbroken in a first to 50 chanllenge with lappo so I redeemed my poor form!!
Squat - 37, 40, 42.5(3)... Felt a weird feeling in my outer quad so I stopped. Def don't need another injury at this point :-(WODModified snatches into jumping 22" high bar and crawling under.
