  1. A) 66,70,74 kg.. got out 20 @74kg so was pretty happy!!
    B) 6:05 rxd.. was so bad at my double unders this morning feeling frustrated as I couldnt get out more then about 10 in a row.. but then I got out 50 unbroken in a first to 50 chanllenge with lappo so I redeemed my poor form!!

  2. Squat - 37, 40, 42.5(3)... Felt a weird feeling in my outer quad so I stopped. Def don't need another injury at this point :-(

    Modified snatches into jumping 22" high bar and crawling under. Same reps.
    DU kept to 90s got 21, 25, 35
    Still finding the rhythm and stamina for DUs in a WOD. Working on technique to jump lower and less elephant like.

    1st round at 31kg, 2nd round @ 36kg, 3rd round @ 40kg
    Double unders were worst ever done today but snatches best ever done with unbroken 40kg snatches

    Hang snatch @ 41kg

    6KM interval walk/run 31mins
