    Deads: 153, 173, 193kgs(6)

    WOD @ 120kgs: 19.40

    Deads felt extremely heavy so scaled WOD. Rx'd weight was 153kgs. WOD time was extremely slow

    Worked on squat clean, including 2 reps OTMEM for 10mins

    Practiced muscle ups with bands - can do red band, still not getting orange band.

    Front squat up to 49.4kg
