Went in for the labrats session to do some strength and bang, right in the kisser. Chest slapping pushups at 6am.
Had a go at Cleans, and so happy to be able to do them. Stayed with the 15bar, concentrating on forward shoulders at the bottom as per Jody's coaching.WODModified....15kg bar cleans8 squats to vert jump - two hand touch on pull up bar.2+82+82+103Last two rounds I had to no rep myself for not touching the bar quite a few times. I am a very strict coach. So pleased to get a full three rounds.Practice DUs, new PB of 21 unbroken.ANd props to Brooke at 9:30....first Toes to Bar!!!!! Yay!!!!
After working on my clean's for half an hour with V-Ron I went in to a wod with hang cleans!!! Felt good worked on quick reps, sub'd pushups with over the box jumps.Keiran by the end of the week you will be pumping out 50 DU's, keep it up!
