    Practiced snatch grip deeds, concentrating on bar path and big shrug and leaning back at the top @30kg

    A) EMOTM snatch grips DL + max height box jump
    Kept 30kg. Max height 30"+15kg plate
    B) subbed 30kg back squats and 20" box jumps for snatch&WBs
