(Feet can't move until Full lockout)

    Total silence after the WOD (except laboured breathing)...must have been a beauty!!!

  9. SCT trying out shoulder, got gradually heavier, stopped at 37kg

    WOD in two parts coz I had an emergency to attend to...

    I think 4rounds + 5 subbed ring rows for pushups

  11. Mobility WOD 9-9;30 then Did the Rowing Intervals 10 x 30 on 90 off with Dave at 11:30. The intervals were easy at the start but there wasn't much drive left at the end. Aimed for 170m per interval.

    Gymnastic WOD with the youth at CFS. Planche. Funny as, a few head plants.

    Thruster tonight @ 82kg. A different beast when you can't leave the ground for the squat clean. Enjoyed it.
    4 rounds for part B with regular pushups, 30 or so beautiful feeling butterfly pull-ups, 50 double unders and 10 burpees using efficient technique.
