  3. 20RM Back Squat @100kg last time 95kg goal weight this week was 111kg. I want to reach my goal weight by week 6 so i need to take a couple of bigger bites each week.

    Burner-8:39 scaled the wall ball to the target height that Glenn set up off the pullup bar.

    It has been great to see our athletes listening to the goal of the program for the day and following it. I throw this one out a bit that The thinking CrossFitter will get better faster then one that doesn't. But i might include the CrossFitter that listen and thinks will outdo them both.
