Caught up on the Snatch Rope Climb Ladder today. Another workout too good for me. I loved it. The thing that really had me hooked on CrossFit was my inability to perform or complete movements or workouts. Got to the 70kg snatch for 3 and the rope climbs but couldn't land the 75kg snatch.Finished the night with a 1:24 Row. A female team for the row sounds great. But my question is, Did you have another crack at the 20RM Dan M?

haha. nah i am not letting my ambition get in the way of my capabilites. another crack last week would've taken the intensity off this week. sometimes the best workout for you is the one you don't do! but i will take the collect on the snatch/rope climb wod. haha

PS I tried out for the rowing team but didnt quite get there 1:48, same as you Maddie! I'll have another go tho!
