Came into the box on Friday at about lunch time with my kids. We cranked up the music and had a blast together. Boy that WOD was hard, kudos to all Masters. WOD: 7.38 1st Round Front Squat was at 55kg, then had to knock it back to 45kg otherwise I wouldn't have finished under 8 minute cap.Heavy Single, S2O: 60kg1RM: 64kgWhile I was doing this Christian had a go at the 500m row and did a PB.Last attempt on 10/5 was 2.58.1min this attempt was 251.1min, pretty good effort.
