    B) Rx'd @ 30 kg, double single skips 100/80/60/40(all unbroken for the first time), timed runs as prescribed

    Happy as met goal of all rounds and sets unbroken.....

    Last time July 24th I did only 30kg so making progress!!

  3. A) 63kg - 31,19 - definitely had another 10 reps in me at the 19 stage feels good.
    B) had to scale to power snatches tonight with a sore hip from squats the other night.

    First time I have done this and didn't quite get the numbers right. Being able to finish with a 14 though definitely gives me some good feedback for the next attempt.

    Runs according to time caps so not the Rxd distance for at least the 800m and 600m.

    B). 23.33. over the time cap by 3.23. runs were not even requested length. pathetic performance tonight.

    double unders i did as single skips
    time = 18.08

    This was my second WOD after being gone for 5mths with a shoulder injury. I'm very happy with how it went. The chest and shoulders are a little tight & sore today. Thank Veronica for helping me get back into it.
