A). 75kgs. 12, 10, 6, 10, 6, 6. Rxd weight was 85kgsB). 23.33. over the time cap by 3.23. runs were not even requested length. pathetic performance tonight.

I'm very happy with how it went. The chest and shoulders are a little tight & sore today. Thank Veronica for helping me get back into it.
