    Sti feeling the effects of a virus last week so running at 80% capacity. Cleans actually felt heavy after those deads!

    stuffed this up a bit. Realised halfway I wasn't going to end up where I was capable of doing. Then made too big of a jump which ended up in some really ugly lifts :/

    really happy with this. Yay!!! After starting the year doing incline pushups, and struggling just a few months ago... Just all came together today.. Happyhappyhappy! :)
